"Wow! Emma was so amazing I’m not even sure where to start. We live out of town (4 hours away) and so we had some challenges to overcome and Emma was flawless. She took videos of all the homes we were interested in and knew the area well and was able to guide us in the right direction for homes that checked all the boxes. It was a 4 month long process and every step of the way, Emma was positive and encouraging that we would find the right house! Once we found the right house, Emma handled all of the negotiations and got us a great deal using some creative thinking. She got us on the track of a seller paid 2/1 buy down to help us with our monthly payment. Emma thought of things before they even crossed our mind! So amazing to be in such great hands with such a delicate process of buying a home and with us living out of town. Definitely will recommend Emma to everyone I know and would use her again!"
